Meet Leza & Rachel
We’re Rachel and Leza, the planners behind The Effortless Wedding. We specialize in all-inclusive elopements and micro weddings, helping couples plan a celebration that feels like them without having to coordinate every detail themselves.
Meet Rachel | Founder & San Francisco Wedding Planner
Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience as a wedding photographer and elopement planner to weddings at San Francisco City Hall and throughout the Bay Area. When she planned her own wedding, she knew what she could afford but had no idea who she could trust to help bring it together. She started The Effortless Wedding to give couples the kind of support she wished she’d had: a team they could count on and a beautiful celebration within reach.
Rachel’s eye as a photographer shapes how she plans, from choosing a ceremony spot with beautiful light to leaving time for the moments you’ll want to remember. She works with a close-knit team of photographers, officiants, florists, videographers, and hair and makeup artists who know how to work together. You can see it in the little things, like when your officiant steps aside for the first kiss so your photographer has a clear shot.
Meet Leza | Nashville Wedding Planner
Leza brings more than five years of wedding planning experience to intimate weddings and elopements across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. She’s helped plan more than 3,000 weddings remotely and has planned over 350 weddings in Nashville. From cozy chapel ceremonies to outdoor elopements, she’s the person who knows what needs to happen next and makes sure everyone else does, too.
Leza builds timelines with breathing room and leads a trusted local team of décor specialists, photographers, officiants, DJs, florists, and hair and makeup artists. She cares just as much about how you feel throughout the process as how everything looks on the day. That means making it easy to ask questions, keeping you in the loop, and giving you time to be with your people while she handles the setup, vendor arrivals, and ceremony cues.
