A Nashville Micro Wedding to Remember: A Fully Planned Wedding for less than $13,000

Chris & Kayla’s Nashville Wedding at Chapel at High Point Farm

When Kayla first reached out, she was dreaming of an iconic chapel wedding near Nashville—but as plans started to shift, so did the vision. Together, we pivoted seamlessly to one of our favorite exclusive hidden gems in the wedding industry: Chapel at High Point Farm. With six months of planning, creativity, and collaboration, we brought Kayla & Chris’s wedding day vision to life with every thoughtful detail.

Kayla had a clear and beautiful idea of what she wanted: an enchanted garden ceremony filled with charm and romance, followed by an unforgettable celebration where two families could come together. From the napkin colors to the florals and vintage touches, every element was intentionally curated to reflect their love story.

Their reception was an absolute vibe—featuring a dessert bar by Simply Sweet Designs that disappeared almost instantly, a crowd-pleasing taco bar catered by a local Nashville favorite, refreshing drinks, and a lively soundtrack that kept the dance floor full all evening. A highlight of the day was the emphasis on capturing memories: Kayla & Chris chose to invest in professional photography and videography with our talented team, Kaitlin & Victoria, ensuring every moment was preserved with care.

Because blending their families was a meaningful part of their journey, Kayla made sure to include touches that honored their new chapter—from a custom jacket with her new last name and wedding date embroidered to a live violinist, Susie Short, who added magic to the ceremony. The vintage car on site gave us even more stunning photo opportunities, and guests loved documenting the evening with a personalized crossword puzzle, audio guestbook, and Polaroid keepsakes.

As the evening drew to a close, we sent the newlyweds off with a glowing sparkler exit, the perfect ending to a heartfelt and joyful celebration.

Kayla & Chris’s wedding is a perfect example of what’s possible with intentional planning and the right team. For about $12,500, they had a full-service wedding that included venue, food, florals, decor, live music, photography, videography, officiant, hair & makeup, bartender, wedding planning services, and day-of coordination. Yes—this dreamy micro wedding truly included it all!

If you're dreaming of a wedding day that’s beautiful, personalized, and stress-free—without spending tens of thousands—let's chat. Whether you're imagining a Chapel ceremony or a Garden celebration, we’d love to help you plan your perfect Nashville micro wedding.
